海外不可寄送商品|Items Not Eligible for Overseas Shipping

Such as: sterilizers, Pixsee Play AI Smart Baby Camera, and other electronic or battery-powered products.


下單後流程|After Placing Your Order

小編將回報運費,如 7 天內未回覆是否可接受,訂單將自動取消。
Our staff will notify you of the shipping fee. If we do not receive your confirmation within 7 days, the order will be canceled automatically.


關稅與額外費用|Customs Duties & Additional Fees

各國關稅標準不同,若寄達國家於領取包裹時收取關稅或偏遠地區費用,須由消費者自行負擔。
Import duty standards vary by country. Any duties or remote area surcharges must be paid by the customer.

若拒收包裹,相關費用及包裹被退回或銷毀的損失亦需由消費者負擔。

    • 中文至少兩個字

    • 英文不可含 Mr、Miss 等稱謂

  • 聯絡電話

  • 完整寄送地址

  • 行政區域、郵遞區號 ZIP code

  • 若有其他資訊請填寫於備註欄

If any information is incorrect, please update it before 12:00 AM on the same day of purchase and notify us through your member account.
Late modifications will not be accepted, and any resulting costs will be borne by the customer.

Q1:商品寄出後能否變更地址?

After shipment, can I change the delivery address?
商品出貨後不可修改地址或收件資料。若無法投遞將退回並以 email 通知。
Once shipped, delivery information cannot be modified. Undeliverable parcels will be returned and you will be notified via email.


Q2:所有商品都能寄海外嗎?

Can all items be shipped overseas?
部分商品無法寄送,將於商品頁及購物車中註明。
Some items are not eligible for overseas shipping and will be indicated on the product page and in the cart.


Q3:海外訂單會開立發票嗎?

Will an invoice be issued for overseas orders?
包裹中會附上商品明細,但依台灣營業稅法海外訂單不開立統一發票。
A product list will be included, but official tax invoices will not be issued according to Taiwan tax regulations.


Q4:包裹無法投遞時怎麼處理?

What happens if the parcel cannot be delivered?
無法聯繫收件人時,包裹將退回,訂單取消,扣除來回運費後退款。
If we cannot contact the customer, the parcel will be returned. The order will be canceled and refunded after deducting round-trip shipping fees.


Q5:海外訂單可退換貨嗎?

Can overseas orders be returned or exchanged?
不受理退換貨,請於下單前確認清楚。
